Melalui konsep Eco-Sattva, kami menyadari bahwa menjaga lingkungan bukan hanya tindakan sosial, tetapi juga bagian dari praktik hidup yang mindful, bertanggung jawab, dan penuh kepedulian terhadap semua kehidupan.
🌱 Eco-Sattva menggabungkan nilai ekologi dan Bodhisattva — semangat untuk melindungi makhluk hidup dan alam semesta melalui kesadaran (sati) dan welas asih (karuna). Konsep ini juga berlandaskan nilai-nilai utama Buddhisme seperti pelepasan ego, hubungan antara niat dan karma, cinta kasih, welas asih, tanpa kekerasan, serta saling ketergantungan (interdependence). Karena itu, Eco-Sattva menjadi bagian penting dari gerakan Buddhist environmentalism (Liu et al., 2025)
